Personal Fitness Platform
The goal was to eliminate dependence on a subscription fitness service while retaining the existing hardware and sensor platform.
The solution combines custom sensor integration, third-party device data, health and performance tracking, and an AI-driven guidance layer in a single application. It provides daily workout recommendations, post-session feedback, and dashboards for training, cardiovascular, and performance metrics.
The existing hardware kept its value, while the subscription was replaced by a tailored platform that costs pennies a month to run.

The goal was a family multiplayer game played on everyone's own phone: nothing to install, and no shared device to pass around.
One rules engine runs on both the server and each phone, so a move shows instantly while the server stays the authority on which moves are valid, and every player's screen updates as turns are played. It runs serverless on AWS.
